Our 4 bedroom house, situated on 5 flat acres is located on a quiet country lane just a short 10 minute drive to the village of Boreen Point on the shores of Lake Cootharaba . Boreen Point is a small village overlooking the sandy beaches and pleasant picnic spots of Lake Cootharaba, and is home to the popular historic Apollonian Hotel. Things to do Go sailing, kitesurfing or paddling hire a canoe or kayak and explore the expansive waters of Lake Cootharaba. The lake is home to windsurfing and yachting competitions and is part of the Noosa River system. Boreen Point is the gateway to the upper Noosa River, the Everglades and the Great Sandy National Park. Locals and visitors come from far and wide to enjoy the famous Sunday spit roast lunch and to relax on the wide veranda or in the beer garden of the historic Apollonian Hotel. Call in to see work by emerging and established contemporary artists at galleries around town, shop in quirky boutiques, and pick up fair trade and environmentally friendly products. Find a table at a café serving up local produce or head to a popular venue where popular musicians perform regularly. Getting there Boreen Point is 25 minutes drive from Noosa Heads.

Noose Terrace & Belmondos is accessible by Train, Car, Bus.
There is a bus stop directly opposite the complex at "Noosa Wharf".
It is only 30 minutes by car from Maroochydore Airport and 1hr 30 minutes from Brisbane Airport. Transfers from Sunshine Coast & Brisbane Available on request. Car hire is also available on request.

At the northern end of the beach the Noosa River flows into Laguna Bay, the Noosa River is a great place to relax and unwind. The promenade along the river is a favourite gathering place for locals with picnic grounds, play ground for the kids, and great B.B.Q facilities. On the riverfront are a number of hire outlets, which will hire just about anything you can think of. From small tinnies (aluminium boats) for fishing, catamarans, jet skis, roller blades and other sports equipment, all needs are catered for.
