A. Paystaydeals.com.au is part of Tourism Holdings an Australian owned and operated company which acquired both the Bookeasy Visitor Information system and Roamfree.com a Licensed Travel Agency TAG 3157901 in September 2009
Please note: That the old Roamfree Group management are gone and we are a new young and vibrant Team.
Q. How do I add my Pay Stay Deals?
A. We use the same extranet as Roamfree.com so if you have a Roamfree.com listing you will be able to login and update your Pay Stay Deals, otherwise please create a listing using the links and directions below.
Q. I have a Roamfree.com Login
A. Great Login below using your Username and Password
Q. I can’t remember my Roamfree.com Login details
A. No a problem Log a Support Request with your property name and we will send through your Username and Password
Q. Can I use a Channel Manager?
A. Yes we work with numerous Channel Managers, however only ResOnline has the ability for you to be able to create and manage your specials from within their Channel Manager.
A. If you do use a Channel Manager that doesn’t have the ability to be able to create and manage Pay Stay Deals you will need to create the Pay Stay Deal and the Rate plan from within our extranet (click here) and then update the Pay Stay Deal, Inventory and Rate Plan from your Channel Manager same as you are currently doing with other leading Online Travel Agents OTA’s
Q. Do I need a Channel Manager?
A. No, just Signup using our extranet here and get started right away.
Q. I have a Bookeasy Account?
A. Great we have developed an easy Import that will create your listing in our system directly from Bookeasy making it easier for you to get started quickly.
Q. What commission do you charge?
- Within 28 days 10%
- Year round 15%
- includes credit card and transaction fees
Q. Why do you charge 15% for year round?
A. Your Pay Stay Deals will not only appear on www.paystaydeals.com.au and www.roamfree.com.au but you will also have access to one of the largest Online Travel Agent OTA distribution networks in Australia. We pay them a commission to display your site for FREE and to sell your rooms on their website, just remember they and we don’t get paid unless you get a booking!
Q. Why do you accept the full payment?
A. We are a Licensed Travel Agent and all monies are held in our Audited Travel Compensation Funds account – TCF ensuring security for both you and the consumer.
Q. When do I get paid?
A. We deposit the funds directly into your bank account on the 17th day of each month less the applicable commission after month of departure.
